料理が苦手な私は、よくネットでレシピ検索をしてから夕食を作るのだが、一般の登校が多いネットでは、ショウガ焼き一つでも、いろいろな調味料の塩梅で、これがまた面白い。気に入った３種類のネットレシピの中から今日はどのショウガ焼きを作ろうかと選ぶのも楽しくなってきた。
ネットで肉料理のレシピ探しをしていたら、ショウガ焼きのタレを作っていろいろな料理に応用しようというＨＰがあったので、お気に入りに登録した。最近は、調味料もどんどん値上りしているので、ドレッシングやタレは自分で作るようにしようと思ったのだ。でもショウガ焼きのタレは準備しなくても？？
ショウガ焼きは大好きだが、ファミレスで食べる定食に出るのと我が家で作るものは味が違う。どうやら、砂糖の存在だと思うのだが、私はあまりとろとろしたのより、ピリ辛タイプのものが好きなので、やはり、家で作ったショウガ焼きが母の代、私の代といつのまにか歴史を踏んでいるが、ご飯の上に千切りキャベツを敷いて熱々のショウガ焼きを載せて、最後にタレをもう一度暖めてかける。これだけだ。お皿に盛ったものと何の変わりもない、、、いや、これがわが子にはとても受けている。食器を洗う手間も省けるし、皆に嬉しいメニューになった。
